Works entailed the upgrading of a 150m length of footway, the construction of new marble faced planters, new stainless bicycle racks and street benches. The footway was finished in epoxy anti-skid on an asphalt base. Finishing works included extensive new soft landscaping in the form of new plants, trees and a green recreational area.

As part of the works we identified and renewed several live services including; ESB, Street Lighting, Broadband and Eircom.

All site activities were carried out in a live operation area requiring extensive liaison with all project stakeholders.

The project was delivered on time and within budget to the satisfaction of Dublin City Council.
